Cottage #1 - 340 sq. ft.:
2-bedroom cottage w/fully appointed kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.).  Both bedrooms have cable television.  One bedroom has a full bed the other bedroom has a queen bed. 

Cottage #2 and Cottage #3 - 340 sq. ft. each  (identical units):
1-bedroom cottages with queen beds and cable television.  There is a small den with a twin over full-size bunk bed.  Fully appointed kitchen with cable color television (oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.).

Cottage #4 - 340 sq. ft.:
2-bedroom cottage.  Both bedrooms each have brand-new queen beds and cable television.  Fully appointed kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.).  #4 also offers a 12X12 outdoor deck with umbrella table and chairs with view of our private beach and channel.

Cottage #5 - 580 sq. ft.:
2-bedroom cottage with a queen bed & cable television in each room.  Fully appointed kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.).  Also has a screened-in porch with rocking chairs, a full-size refrigerator with cable color television on top.  This cottage sits directly on our private beach and offers great views of the channel.

Cottages #6, #7 and #8 - 300 sq. ft. each  (identical units):
All 3 cottages sit directly along the channel waterfront.  Each consists of one large room with 2 queen-size beds, counter-high fridge w/freezer, microwave, cable & new flat-screen television.  Out front there are chairs for relaxing & watching the boats go by.  Also, each unit has a large awning above that is manually controlled to provide some shade if needed.

Cottage #9 - 660 sq. ft.:
This is our largest and most sought after cottage on this property and it will hold 6-8 people and has all the comforts of home.  It sits directly on the waterfront channel.  This is a 1-bedroom with a queen bed, cable & new flat-screen television.  It has a living room that has cable television and futon couch that opens up to a full-size bed (8" mattress).  There is a screened-in/glassed-in porch that has 2 brand new queen-size beds.  This unit offers a spacious fully appointed kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.).  Out front there are chairs for relaxing & watching the boats go by.

Cottage #10 - 365 sq. ft.:
2-bedroom cottage that sits up on an embankment (behind #6, #7, #8 & #9) overlooking the channel.  One bedroom has a brand new queen bed w/cable & new flat-screen television and the second bedroom has a twin bunk bed.  Fully appointed  kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.).  Also has a screened-in porch with rocking chairs, a full-size fridge/freezer with cable color tv on top.

Cottage #11 - 475 sq. ft.:
2-bedroom cottage that sits up on an embankment (behind #6, #7, #8 & #9) overlooking the channel.  One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full bed.  Both bedrooms with cable & new flat-screen televisions.  Fully appointed kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.).  Also has a screened in porch with rocking chairs, a full-size fridge/freezer with cable color tv on top. 
 
Cottage #12 - 365 sq. ft.:
