Living room / dining room / fully appointed kitchen is all one spacious area. The living room has a sleep sofa and futon couch that opens to a full-size bed. Brand new hardwood floors throughout the cottage & cathedral ceilings. It has a lovely screened-in porch with table and chairs and a peek-a-boo view of the channel. Also has its own outdoor gas grill. Conveniently located across the street and over one property.

Wellesley Pines – GRAY COTTAGE #7 (sleeps 6-8):
Also located across the street and over one property. This is a spectacular 1+ bedroom cottage with loft. The main floor has a galley kitchen (fully appointed), a dining room, a large living room with wood stove and a beautiful deck that wraps around the entire cottage. The living room has 2 click-clack couches that open to full-size beds, cable television & wood-stove. Below the main floor is a spacious bedroom with 3 full-size beds and cable television, a ½ bath and a 6-foot sliding door that opens out to a crushed-stone patio area that has a picnic table. Above the main floor, is a loft that has 1 full-size bed and 2 twin beds. All floors are connected by a spiral staircase. The deck (w/lockable gates) has an outdoor gas grill and a high umbrella table with chairs and a peek-a-boo view of the channel.
