Channel Waterfront Cottages

Guidelines for your stay:

CHANNEL WATERFRONT COTTAGES are private residences away from home for registered guests. To ensure that all guests can unwind and rest peacefully, we respectively request the following:
  • Our property is for the exclusive use of our registered guests only. Vistitors are not allowed on property or in cottages unless prior approval given by Stacie or Jose with advance notice given, and applicable fees paid.
  • 50% of total stay is required by check to secure your reservation. Deposit is payable by check to: Channel Waterfront Cottages, P.O. Box 5106, Weirs Beach, NH 03247. Deposits are not refundable.
  • Deposits for reservations within 2 weeks of stay may be payable by credit card with contract.
  • Cash or check is preferred but MasterCard, Visa & Discover are accepted upon check-in.
  • Refunds are only CONSIDERED IF we receive 90-day notice AND the cottage is re-rented for the same time as your original reservation as well as for the same rate. A $100.00 cancellation processing fee will apply.
  • Please note that our cottages are not handicap accessible due to terrain.
  • Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
  • Our cottages are all SELF-HOUSEKEEPING. All cottages are expected to be left broom swept, trash out, and dishes washed. Charges will apply if not.
  • Please smoke outside only.
  • Quiet time is observed from 11:00PM until 8:00AM.
  • No fireworks are allowed on the property including sparklers.
  • Pets are allowed only when initial reservation is made. Pet rules apply.

Channel Waterfront Cottages

Due to safety and insurance liability, not bicycles, scooters, roller blades or hoverboards are permitted.

No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on the premise. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest(s) will be asked to leave the property without refund.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: Channel Waterfront Cottages are privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws. Channel Waterfront Cottages has a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our property or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards, policies and laws established by the State of New Hampshire and the owners for the operation and management of the property. Channel Waterfront Cottages will refuse service or evict a guest: for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations, is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests or is not in compliance with state liquor laws; acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests; is unable to properly supervise their children at all times, seeks to use the property for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring into the property: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to the property or guests; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of a cottage, refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by Channel Waterfront Cottages for the operation and management of our property.
